Pausing with the Wheel of Life and Death
Dear Friends and Subscribers,
I wanted to thank you so much for signing up, and let you know that more posts will be coming, but first there will be a pause with the wheel of life and death.
Five days after launching, whilst in the midst of writing new material, my beloved Dad’s illness turned a corner and as a family we entered our final 11 days together until his death on 2nd May.
My Mum, sisters and I cared for him at home with incredible support from healthcare and medical professionals. It was where he wanted to be and we are grateful that his wish was granted. The mist on the fen in the early mornings and evenings was extraordinary during this time, and we were blessed with calm weather, May blossom, visits from Goldcrest, Linnets and a little Muntjac fawn who came right up to the porch.
I will be pausing for about a month to honour this time as the wheel of life and death makes its presence felt. I look forward to beginning again in due course.
